Welcome to Mailoodeer – a SaaS email marketing platform developed by Chintai Saigon. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview
   Mailoodeer allows businesses and creators to create, manage, and send email campaigns using a drag-and-drop builder, pre-designed templates, and tracking tools.
2. Account
   You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
   Mailoodeer offers paid plans. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
4. Refunds
   We offer a 7-day refund for first-time users. Refunds beyond that are not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to send spam, unlawful content, or use our service for phishing, malware, or prohibited industries as defined by Paddle.
6. Data Protection
   We respect your privacy. Our platform is compliant with GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or abuse our system.
