1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, no questions asked. This applies only to new users.
2. No Refunds After 7 Days
After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for:
- Monthly or annual subscriptions
- Partial use or unused time
- Downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle
3. Exceptional Refunds
In rare cases (e.g. billing errors), we may consider refunds outside of this policy. Please contact: billing@mailoodeer.com
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your dashboard. No future charges will apply.
