Empire City Thu Thiem is a major mixed-use hub in the core of Thu Thiem, located in Functional Zone 2B, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC. Fronting Mai Chi Tho and the riverfront road, the development is positioned for direct skyline views of District 1 and is highlighted as a future financial center core. Developed by Keppel Land JV + Vietnamese partners, it spans 14.5 ha and comprises 11 towers (MU1–MU11) with a total of 3787 units. The signature tower, Empire 88, is planned at 88 floors and 333 m in height. On-site facilities include a luxury lobby & reception, Olympic-standard pool, jogging track, sports courts (tennis, basketball), kids’ play area, park promenades, BBQ, central plaza, gym – yoga – spa, library, and a restaurant/café strip. Some towers were handed over 2020–2022 (Linden, Tilia, Cove Residences), and residents also have access to Sala amenities (international schools, supermarkets, hospitals) (currently available). Connectivity includes ~5 minutes to District 1 via Thu Thiem Tunnel and ~15 minutes to Phu My Hung (District 7) via Thu Thiem 4 Bridge (future).
