THE PRIVÉ - PROJECT PROGRESS

Investor Đất Xanh Group together with main contractor Hoà Bình have been cooperating to accelerate the implementation progress of The Privé according to the planned schedule. The construction progress of The Privé is as follows by phase:

  • Phase 1: Includes the two towers Grove (A5) and Strait (A6) and the show flat area. Currently, the basement levels are completed and the superstructure is under construction. The show flat is nearly finished and is expected to open at the end of August 2025.
  • Phase 2: Includes the two towers Alpine (A1) and Forest (A2). The basement works of these two towers are being executed.
    Contractor Hoà Bình is closely following the schedule with the goal of completing on time and handing over the high-end apartment units to owners in 2027.
