This project also marks Phúc Khang’s first collaboration with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) - the world-leading authority on safety standards with 100 years of establishment and development in Northbrook, Illinois, USA. At the same time, contractor CotecCons, supervisory consultant Apave Châu – Thái Bình Dương, design firm DP Architects... are strategic partners jointly shaping Rome Diamond Lotus.

In recent years, District 2 has been a rapidly rising area thanks to coordinated infrastructure investment, expanded transportation and strong attraction of real estate investors. Phúc Khang also invests in two spacious underground levels with an area of 18.000m2. Floors 1–3 are allocated for shophouses, floors 4–5 for commercial services, and from floor 6 upward are dedicated to premium apartments.
