The two towers feature modern architectural forms while retaining the beauty of traditional national motifs. Resembling two "dragons" — a symbol of the Vietnamese nation — each tower presents expansive views across the city. The image of two dragons soaring into the sky, mouths holding two pearls, expresses the vigor of new life and the breakthrough development of Vietnam's economy. The towers are positioned opposite each other to create graceful movement across the site, becoming a distinctive focal point on the city skyline and visible from all surrounding areas.

Upon completion, One Central HCM, with its prime location and distinctive design, will become an architectural landmark for the city and reflect the new, dynamic face of Vietnam's economy.
