Grand View

Grand View was developed by the joint venture Phú Mỹ Hưng, with the renowned Japanese firm Tange International Consultants Pte.Ltd as the design consultant. The project adopts an open-space architectural style to create a modern residential complex set amid nature.

The project comprises a total of 313 premium apartments, with relatively large areas ranging from 115 to 175m2, distributed across three blocks rising from 6 to 16 floors. Two 16-floor blocks are designed as offset rectangular volumes to ensure ventilation and allow natural sunlight into each apartment. The remaining block is designed as an arc embracing a landscaped courtyard of up to 1000m2.
