The Brilliant tower cluster, comprising six buildings ranging from 18 - 26 storeys, was the first cluster completed and handed over to the developer of the Đảo Kim Cương project, the only resort-style condominium project in District 2 located separately on an alluvial island surrounded by three rivers: the Saigon River, the Giồng Ông Tố River and the artificial Nhánh Nhỏ branch. It is also the only cluster in the project designed by the world-renowned Japanese architect Arata Isozaki, featuring a distinctive honeycomb architecture that rotates the view every 3 - 5 floors, ensuring that apartments in all six buildings enjoy attractive views and a spacious, airy environment.
