Empire City Thu Thiem is a major mixed-use hub in the core of Thu Thiem, located in Functional Zone 2B, Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City, HCMC, fronting Mai Chi Tho and the river with direct skyline views of District 1. Developed by Keppel Land JV + Vietnamese partners, the project spans 14.5 ha and comprises 11 towers (MU1–MU11) with a total of 3787 units. Its signature landmark is Empire 88, rising 88 floors to a height of 333 m.
