Empire City Thu Thiem is a major mixed-use hub in the core of Thu Thiem, located in Functional Zone 2B of Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City, HCMC, fronting Mai Chi Tho and the river with direct skyline views of District 1. Developed by Keppel Land JV + Vietnamese partners, the project spans 14.5 ha and comprises 11 towers (MU1 to MU11) with a total of 3787 units. Its signature landmark is Empire 88, planned at 88 floors and 333 m in height. Residents have access to a luxury lobby & reception, Olympic-standard pool, jogging track, sports courts (tennis, basketball), kids’ play area, park promenades, BBQ, central plaza, gym – yoga – spa, library, and a restaurant/café strip. Some towers were handed over 2020–2022 (Linden, Tilia, Cove Residences).
