Empire City Thu Thiem is a major mixed-use hub in the core of Thu Thiem, located in Functional Zone 2B, Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City, HCMC, fronting Mai Chi Tho and the river with direct skyline views of District 1. Developed by Keppel Land JV + Vietnamese partners, the project spans 14.5 ha and comprises 11 towers (MU1–MU11) with a total of 3787 units. Its signature tower, Empire 88, is planned at 88 floors with a height of 333 m. Residents can enjoy an extensive internal amenity collection including a luxury lobby & reception, Olympic-standard pool, jogging track, sports courts (tennis, basketball), kids’ play area, park promenades, BBQ, central plaza, gym – yoga – spa, library, and a restaurant/café strip. Some towers were handed over 2020–2022 (Linden, Tilia, Cove Residences), reinforcing Empire City Thu Thiem’s role as a mega-scale development at the future financial center core.
