Tổng Công ty Viglacera - CTCP is a leading enterprise in the production and trading of building materials in Vietnam, also recognized as a reputable brand in real estate investment and business with products including industrial parks for lease, urban areas, residential homes for sale, and commercial-office spaces for rent.

The corporation has implemented 15 large-scale projects including infrastructure investment for industrial parks for lease, urban area development, residential housing for sale, and commercial-office spaces for rent.

Since 2012, Viglacera has launched numerous affordable and social housing projects such as the worker housing project at Yên Phong Industrial Park (Bắc Ninh), the student dormitory for Viglacera Vocational College in Yên Phong district (Bắc Ninh), a 1,000-unit apartment project for low-income earners in Ðặng Xá urban area (Gia Lâm, Hà Nội), and the affordable housing project in Ðại Mỗ (Từ Liêm, Hà Nội). These projects have received strong public support and high praise from the Ministry of Construction, Hanoi city leaders, and Bắc Ninh province, regarded as exemplary enterprises leading in social responsibility.

In the affordable housing sector, Viglacera pioneered project conversion and was the first unit to receive support from the Government’s 30,000 billion VND package.
