TTC Land

TTC Land (Công ty CP Địa ốc Sài Gòn Thương Tín) was founded in 2004, previously known as Sacomreal. Specialized products include:

- Jamona: a mixed-use project featuring apartments, villas, and townhouses.

- Charmington: premium apartments.

- The mid-range apartment line under the Carillon brand: including Carillon 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Currently, TTC Land is headquartered at TTC Building, 253 Hoàng Văn Thụ, Phường 2, Tân Bình, Hồ Chí Minh. The CEO is Mr. Bùi Tiến Thắng. After rebranding to TTC Land, TTC Group's total assets reached 17,000 billion VND. With strong financial capacity and over 3,000 hectares of land bank, TTC Land plans to expand its operations and scale across the North, Central, and South regions.

Previously, Công ty CP Địa ốc Sài Gòn Thương Tín (Sacomreal) made a strong mark in apartments, villas, and townhouses. After renaming to TTC Land, besides residential real estate projects, TTC Land has expanded into new sectors including tourism and resort real estate, commercial and rental real estate, industrial and logistics real estate, and real estate services.

– Tourism and Resort Real Estate

TTC Land will develop a 245-hectare mixed-use complex at Vịnh Đầm (Phú Quốc). This project is considered one of the largest on Phú Quốc island, featuring a large area, wide natural beaches, sea views, and strong development potential.

– Commercial and Rental Real Estate

TTC Land currently operates TTC Plaza Tây Ninh shopping center and is constructing two projects: TTC Plaza Bình Thạnh (Ho Chi Minh City) and TTC Plaza Đức Trọng (Lâm Đồng). In 2018, TTC Land continued to launch TTC Plaza Đà Nẵng and TTC Plaza Hải Phòng. All commercial projects developed by TTC Land are large-scale and located in the busiest areas.

– Industrial and Logistics Real Estate

TTC Land owns Thành Thành Công Industrial Park in Tây Ninh with 1,020 hectares, the expanded Tân Kim Industrial Park in Long An with over 53 hectares, and the Vịnh Đầm (Phú Quốc) port-industrial-service complex covering more than 65 hectares.

– Real Estate Services

The company has three units: TTC Land Service – a real estate brokerage consulting unit with over 250 professional consultants; SCC – a design, supervision, and bidding consulting unit; and TTC Land Management – a real estate management, operation, and exploitation unit.

– Residential Real Estate

TTC Land will continue its three specialized product lines: Jamona (mixed-use), Charmington (premium apartments and officetels), and Carillon (mid-range apartments).
