Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Xây dựng và Kinh doanh nhà Sài Gòn was established under Decision No. 6201/QD-UB dated December 9, 2004, by the Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. It is a joint-stock company with independent accounting and legal status, and a subsidiary of Tổng Công Ty Địa Ốc Sài Gòn.
