SAIGONRES Joint Stock Company, formerly a type I state-owned enterprise, originated from Gia Định Housing Construction and Business Company under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Land Administration. It was equitized under Prime Minister’s Decision No. 108/1999/QĐ-TTg dated April 23, 1999. From a state construction enterprise established in 1983 during the subsidized economy era, the leadership has always steered the company towards real estate investment, construction, and business.

As a specialized company in real estate investment and business, it also engages in industrial and civil construction, trading and import-export of building materials, machinery leasing, investment consulting and construction design, mineral exploitation, and ecological garden housing.

With nearly 30 years of continuous development in real estate investment and business, SAIGONRES has invested in and built many large-scale projects meeting social housing needs, actively participating in housing programs along the Nhiêu Lộc – Thị Nghè canal, affordable housing, and city resettlement housing.
