1. Formation and Development:

Originating from the District 11 Housing Management and Development Company, formed by merging two units: the Housing Construction and Repair Enterprise and the District 11 Housing Management and Development Enterprise, according to Decision No. 93/QĐ-UB dated 06/3/1989 by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

On 27/8/1994, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 12/QĐ-UB converting from a State Enterprise to a Party-run economic enterprise and renamed it District 11 Housing Construction and Business Company, under the Financial Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

On 4/9/1999, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 5073/QĐ-UB-KT transferring the District 11 Housing Construction and Business Company back to a State Enterprise under Saigon Real Estate Corporation.

On 31/12/2003, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 5730/QĐ-UB converting the District 11 Housing Construction and Business Company into District 11 Housing Business Joint Stock Company.

On 22/6/2007, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment issued Business Registration Certificate No. 4103002793, officially renaming the company to Công ty Cổ phần Địa ốc 11.

2. Business Areas:

With operating capital exceeding 26 billion VND, the company operates in the following fields: Housing business, real estate business, real estate auction, real estate valuation, real estate consulting, real estate brokerage, construction of industrial, transportation, public, and residential projects, precast concrete component construction, land leveling, production and trading of building materials (not produced at headquarters), interior decoration.

Interior and exterior design of projects, architectural and structural design for civil and industrial works, master planning of construction projects, consulting and supervising civil and industrial construction projects, investment project development, infrastructure investment for residential and industrial zones, real estate services, goods consignment agency, office, workshop, warehouse, and housing rental services.

Industrial and civil cleaning services, parking services, trading of household goods, food, beverages, domestic cigarettes (excluding food and beverage services), green space care and maintenance, real estate trading floor, real estate advertising, real estate management, preschool, primary, secondary, and high school education, vocational and professional secondary education (not operated at headquarters), college training (not operated at headquarters), university and postgraduate training (not operated at headquarters), sports and entertainment education, educational support services.

3. Achievements:

Gold medal for high-quality construction in Vietnam – Dai Thanh Primary School project – Au Co Street, Ward 4, District 11.

Gold medal for high-quality construction in Vietnam – Residential cluster and Lanh Binh Thang Market project (1990 - 1991).

Certificate of merit from Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for outstanding task completion in 2004.

Certificate of merit from Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for continuous outstanding task completion over many years, actively contributing to the city's emulation movement on the 30th anniversary of the city's liberation (1975 - 2005).   

Certificate of merit from the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for being a clean and strong exemplary Party organization for 5 years (2000 - 2004).
