Phú Mỹ Hưng

Công ty TNHH Phát triển Phú Mỹ Hưng, formerly Công ty TNHH Liên Doanh Phú Mỹ Hưng, was established on May 19, 1993, as a joint venture between Công ty TNHH Một Thành Viên Phát Triển Công Nghiệp Tân Thuận (IPC - Vietnam, formerly Công ty Phát Triển Công Nghiệp Tân Thuận) and Central Trading & Development Group (CT&D - Taiwan).

IPC represents the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, contributing 30% capital through land use rights and human resources for the development of Phú Mỹ Hưng urban area. IPC operates in specialized fields focusing on economic and technical investment and infrastructure business for export processing zones, industrial parks, urban areas, maritime channels, and deep-water port clusters. IPC's strength lies in innovative ideas and economic development vision, leveraging intellectual capacity by combining scientific research with practical experience to turn ideas into feasible projects.

CT&D is one of the largest and most successful foreign investors in Vietnam with over 650 million USD invested. Besides holding 70% shares in the Phú Mỹ Hưng urban development project, CT&D also invests in Tân Thuận Export Processing Zone, Hiệp Phước Power Plant, and Sino Pacific Construction Consulting Company (SPCC).
