Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Đầu tư và Phát triển Phú Gia is recognized as a reputable real estate investment and development group in Vietnam. Tập đoàn Phú Gia was founded on the success of Công Ty Cổ Phần Phú Gia, established in 2002, when it invested in the 152.92ha Cát Lái Residential Area project in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. In April 2007, Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Đầu tư và Phát triển Phú Gia was established to coordinate and continue executing various projects through its member companies. By the end of 2010, with the continuous growth of its subsidiaries and to meet business development needs, the Board of Directors decided to elevate Công Ty Cổ Phần Đầu Tư và Phát Triển Phú Gia to a group with the trade name Tập đoàn Phú Gia.
