Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Dịch vụ TP. Hồ Chí Minh (INVESCO) is a first-class state-owned enterprise established under Decision No. 10/QĐ-UB dated 28/09/1992 and Decision No. 6157/QĐUB-KT dated 30/12/1996 by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. In 2004, following the Party and State's policy on equitizing state enterprises, the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Services Company was converted into Công ty Cổ Phần Đầu tư và Dịch vụ TP.Hồ Chí Minh (INVESCO) under Decision No. 5782/QĐ-UB dated 22/11/2004 by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

INVESCO has participated in numerous urban development projects with significant socio-economic impact, contributing to the urban renewal and development in line with Ho Chi Minh City's planning, such as the international 5-star Sheraton hotel and apartment complex, the upgrade and expansion of Hùng Vương Street, and the new urban residential area in Cát Lái (District 2), among others.
