HDTC

Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển và Kinh doanh Nhà, known as HDTC, originated as the "Housing Project Management Board" under the Department of Land and Public Works. Established in 1984 and privatized in 2015 by the City People's Committee decision, it officially became a Joint Stock Company on April 29, 2016.

Between 1998 and 2005, HDTC's operations saw significant quantitative and qualitative growth. The company expanded its functions and was the first in the city entrusted with developing large residential areas with fully planned infrastructure and necessary living conditions, including:

- Bình Trưng Residential Area, 10 ha (District 2).

- Bình Trị Đông Residential Area, 28 ha (Bình Chánh District).

- An Phú - An Khánh New Urban Area, 131 ha (District 2).

- An Sương Residential Area, 65 ha (District 12).

- Tân Đức An Residential Area, 5 ha (Thủ Đức District).

During this period, HDTC was a key unit assigned by the city to participate in housing construction programs for resettling residents living on and near the Nhiêu Lộc – Thị Nghè canal, implementing the city's canal housing program, including:

- Tô Hiến Thành Apartment Complex (District 10).

- Nguyễn Văn Lượng Apartment Complex (Gò Vấp District).

- Bình Đăng Apartment Complex (District 8).

- Bình Phú Apartment Complex (District 6).

- Lô S Hùng Vương Apartment Complex (District 6).

- Bình Trưng Apartment Complex (District 2).

- Bắc Đinh Bộ Lĩnh Apartment Complex (Bình Thạnh District).

- Twelve 5-story apartment blocks in An Sương Residential Area (District 12).

- 5-story apartment complex in An Phú – An Khánh New Urban Area (District 2).

From 2006 to 2016, the company focused on deepening investments, actively developing technical infrastructure in projects such as An Phú - An Khánh New Urban Area (District 2), An Sương Residential Area (District 12), and Long Toàn Ward Housing Area (Bà Rịa City) to hand over land plots to customers and invest in high-rise residential buildings, including:

- Đông Hưng 1-2, 15-story apartment complex (224 units) in An Sương Residential Area (District 12).

- Đông Thuận 1-2, 15-story apartment complex (204 units) in An Sương Residential Area (District 12).

- Cluster of 6-story apartments (176 units), blocks C1-C4 in An Sương Residential Area (District 12).

- HDTC office building.

Over many years, operating under the motto “always delivering quality products at reasonable prices suitable for various customer segments,” the company has steadily built its foundation, matured, and grown. Its development is closely linked to projects in residential and urban area development, real estate investment and business, design consulting, and construction. Currently, HDTC holds a solid position in Ho Chi Minh City's real estate market, especially in investment and real estate business. Looking ahead, HDTC plans to invest in many large-scale, high-value projects nationwide.
