Founded in 1986 by the late Chairman Võ Văn Thành, Doanh nghiệp tư nhân Cơ Khí Hai Thành pioneered the production and assembly of prefabricated steel buildings. In 1996, it was renamed Công ty TNHH Sản xuất Kinh doanh Hai Thành.
With over 30 years of development, Hai Thành has established a strong presence in steel building construction and expanded into gas cylinder manufacturing, real estate investment, residential and industrial infrastructure, port services, and early childhood education.
A key focus is exclusive marketing and distribution consulting for real estate projects, factory leasing, and industrial parks. Notable projects include KDC Phú Lợi (52 ha), KDC Hai Thành - Tên Lửa (6.5 ha), KDC Tân Tạo A (1.6 ha), and the KCN - KDC Tân Kim - Long An industrial and residential complex (104 ha).
