Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Hạ tầng Kỹ thuật Tp.HCM is a financial investment organization operating as a public joint-stock company, established in 2001 to support the policy of socializing infrastructure investment by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
As a financial investment entity operating under a public joint-stock company model, CII has contributed to implementing the state's policy of socializing infrastructure development by creating a channel to mobilize medium and long-term capital from financial institutions, as well as idle funds from the public and other economic sectors.
After more than 16 years of operation, the company has established a strong and reputable brand as an investor in infrastructure, including transportation bridges and roads, residential area infrastructure, industrial park infrastructure, clean water production and supply, and traffic toll services.
