Mr. Olivier Đỗ Ngọc Dũng and Mr. Oliver Brazier expanded their Luxembourg fund’s operations into Vietnam by establishing the AHF (Affordable Housing Fund), an investment fund specializing in mid-range apartment projects. Throughout extensive market research, the fund recognized the unique housing needs in Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City. The study revealed strong demand from young families and first-time homebuyers for high-quality yet affordable apartments.

These findings led to the creation of EZ Land, a local company built to serve as the right hand of the AHF Fund with secure and stable investment sources from Europe and internationally. EZ Land aims to become a trusted real estate developer in the region, demonstrating a commitment to addressing housing needs in the Vietnamese market.

Haus is the first product of the EZ Land brand designed for first-time homebuyers.
