Địa Ốc III

Công ty Cổ phần Xây dựng và Kinh doanh Địa Ốc III was established under Decision No. 5629/QĐ-UB dated December 24, 2003, by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. It is a joint-stock company with 51% state capital control, operating independently, and a member of Tổng Công ty Địa ốc Sài Gòn.

As a subsidiary of Tổng Công ty Địa Ốc Sài Gòn - TNHH MTV, Địa Ốc III has over 39 years of establishment, specializing in real estate business, civil construction, industrial construction, bridge and road construction, land leveling, building various types of houses, railway and road construction, public works, installation of electrical systems, and water supply and drainage systems, among others.

Over the years, Địa Ốc III has continuously developed into a multi-industry company, investing in diverse fields such as industrial civil construction and real estate development with many innovative models applied domestically and internationally.
