Denver Power Ltd is part of the multinational group Gaw Capital Partners. This is a major private equity fund headquartered in Hong Kong, co-founded by shareholders Goodwin GAW and Kenneth GAW. By 2005, Gaw Capital Partners was established by these two shareholders with equity capital of 4.26 billion USD. By Q1 2015, its total assets under management had grown to 9.16 billion USD.
GAW’s investment fund targets China, the Asia-Pacific region, the US, and the UK through four different real estate funds.
In Vietnam, Gaw Capital Partners has attracted attention with numerous reports of the group acquiring and planning to invest in large-scale projects. The most notable currently is the 86-story mixed-use tower in the Empire City project in Thủ Thiêm.
