 In its early days, the company primarily engaged in steel import-export and housing business. In response to economic changes, especially in the real estate market, Công ty Cổ Phần Thanh Niên diversified its fields and scale of operations. The main focus became real estate investment and trading. From there, it expanded into related areas such as consulting and real estate auction services. Moreover, Thanh Niên Corp built its own team of architects to independently design and construct projects for the company and its partners.   

With rapid growth and continuous capital increases, the company’s charter capital has now reached 500 billion VND. Thanh Niên Corp’s most successful sector is real estate activities. Beyond that, Công ty Cổ Phần Thanh Niên actively aligns with economic development, seizing market opportunities to invest in finance, banking, infrastructure, energy, and mining.
