Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Phát triển Nhà đất Cotec was established from the Coterraz Factory, Real Estate Business Center, and two Construction Enterprises. It is one of the units under the Construction Engineering and Building Materials Company (COTEC), now known as COTEC GROUP, which was equitized under Decision No. 2013/QĐ-BXD dated 17/12/2004 by the Minister of Construction.
