Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Xây dựng Số 8 was established in 1989 under the Ministry of Construction. In 1995, it was transferred to the General Construction Corporation No. 1, Ministry of Construction. On December 24, 2004, the first General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully held, officially founding Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Xây dựng Số 8. Currently, the company’s headquarters is located at 400/5 Ung Văn Khiêm, Phường  25, Quận Bình Thạnh, Hồ Chí Minh City.
